Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist

Renee McGregor Bsc(hons) PGDIP(Diet) RD PGCERT(sportsnutr) is a registered sports and eating disorder specialist dietitian/Nutritionist.  Accredited by the HCPC, Health and Care Professions Council; The SENr, Sports and Exercise Nutrition register and a member of the BDA’s Sports Nutrition Specialist Group.

Renee has over 14 years expertise and knowledge in nutrition, including experience working with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams. She is the author of Training Food, which went straight in as number one best seller on Amazon in Fitness Training in April 2015 and has continued to dominate the Sports, Hobbies and Games section. 
She is a regular contributor to BBC Food, Trail Running Magazine, Running Fitness, Outdoor Fitness and Here’s Health Magazine; as well as having a regular monthly blog with Men’s Running website.

Renee has been asked to speak at many nutrition workshops and conferences, including the Sports Performance Conference based at The University of Bath In January 2016 as a key note speaker.

Clinically and within the Sporting world, Renee works extensively in the area of eating disorders and is the Nutritional Lead for the National Eating disorder’s Charity ABC, Anorexia and Bulimia Care. She has presented twice at The House Of Commons, on behalf of ABC, campaigning for improved funding and support services for those suffering with and recovering from Eating Disorders.
